Will you have a rock hard six pack just by doing 100 crunches in one day? Are you going to be healthy by eating fast food everyday? No..again the answer is no. So why do we think that we do not have to do anything to lose weight?
Whether you are taking diet supplements, vitamins with your regular diet and exercising or not you cannot expect a change if you are not willing to change yourself. Please remember in everything you do, you will NOT have the same results, every body type is different.
I started the Elite 2 Detox (
www.adtox4u.wix.com/detox) by referral of a friend. And trust me, I have been there and done that, so my words are from experience and not just because. When I started Yes! I was impatient....Yes! I got on my friends nerves...Yes! I thought I was going to be 100lbs down in a week. I know that I am exaggerating. Well the reality of the matter is that is just not plausible. We are all different shapes and sizes, and results will definitely vary when detoxing.
If you are 50lbs larger than another person, you cannot expect to gain the same results. Your body may react differently. When using the Elite 2, Essentials, and any other of the detox pills you must expect, as we have said in our FAQ's, to lose inches first and then pounds. Some may lose some pounds then inches. Again, it will vary per person. We have had people lose anywhere from 5lbs per week to 12-15lbs.
My Story: I began the Elite 2 with Imperial Wellness Collections at 210lbs. I promise you (and she will attest) that I bothered Ms. Green for a week and a half because I was not already 10lbs lighter. It is funny now. But as she explained to me, BE PATIENT, nothing good will come instantly. Yes, I lost 17lbs before I became active everyday, that does not mean that every person on the detox will work this way. By the third week i was already 6lbs down, and it has been a journey ever since.
When you begin the regimen, do not be discouraged....even if you were just doing plain exercise and healthy eating you will not see results in a day, some maybe not even a week, but you will get your results. I believe that when I network, and show my picture, it is assumed that the results were instant. Trust me, this is absolutely not true.
It took the dedication to know that you must:
1. Take the detox (whatever you begin with) EVERY single day 30 minutes before my first meal.
2. Be sure you are drinking at the minimum 8 glasses of water or more per day.
3. You must, must, must eliminate alcohol and caffeine from your diet. If you do not follow this practice and your results are slow or just plain non existent, then don't expect the detox to be effective.
4. Do not weigh yourself everyday, Do take a before picture of yourself. You do not have to post this on our site or show others the picture. This can be for yourself, to capture your progress.

Back to me! After I started noticing the change, I then increased the things in my everyday life that I needed to change. I wasn't getting that good 'Ol Einstein Bagel on a daily basis (720 calories for just breakfast), instead I took the bread out and added fruit and fiber. Fiber is also very important when detoxing. I began doing exercises that I like, for example Dance 4 on the Xbox with my kids or Michael Jackson on the Wii. You have to find a form of movement that will keep you interested as I did. I also cut out sodas, and candy. Detoxing does not mean that you can take the supplements and still continue your same habits. The detoxing will give your body the boost it has been waiting on for a long time. I know saying is harder than doing. But, the only way to get the results you need is to do the work you have to. Just think, you have years of waste stuck in your body. Do you really think that by detoxing for two days or a week that you are instantly going to be skinny? Not realistic at all. If you focus on pounds, believe me you will never be as effective with this program as you think you will be. This is not a focus on how much the scale will show you, but how do your clothes fit? How do you feel on a daily basis? I am smaller now than I was at size 155-160lbs, this alone motivates me to keep going every day.
I will not say I am perfect. I love certain things and do I creep every now and then? Yes I do. But in everything we do, there must be moderation. So if you are detoxing and you have a craving, my advice is to find a healthier alternative. Instead of Papa Johns pizza, why not make your own at home using healthy ingredients. You have a sweet tooth? Try pineapples or strawberries, they do the trick every time.
See the reality in everything you do. If you feel like you want to give up on the plan, stand in the mirror now and envision where you are working to be. Do you like what you see? My answer was NO, heck no. I was determined and I could not turn back. Can you afford to? I couldn't.
