We get so caught up in our everyday lives that we feel that we have no room than the norm.

A Detox 4 U is offering all natural products for those of us that have busy lives. We know it can be difficult and we are here to help you.

I have been on the detox for about 6 months now and I have lost 40lbs, but I am not even counting the amount of inches that goes along with this.  See, the problem is we focus so much on the scale and if the numbers do not move then we get discourage.  Lets change our thinking.

I started off at 210, wearing sizes 1-2x in shirts and 17/18 in pants.  On the detox program I have gone down to a size S/M in shirts and dresses and 12/13 in pants.  WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!!!   Even at a weight of 155-160lbs with a 5'1" frame I never wore a size so small.
You can do it too.  Don't let the scale determine your success.  Tell yourself you are worth it and CAN do it.  On my site, www.adtox4u.wix.com/detox, it is explained that you will definitely have a lot of loss in inches.  So take heed, everyone is different, but if you are doing the detox correctly then you will definitely have results in a great time frame.

Want to begin optimizing your results? 24hours in a day, can you find at least 20minutes of free time? Start slow and throw some exercise in there.  The more water and physical activity the better the results.  Do you have to exercise? Not necessarily, but why pull a bad habit such as this?  You cannot expect to get results from ANY weight loss regimen without YOU doing some work.  I know we want a microwave effect to everything we do, but people let us be realistic here.

Yes, I lost 17lbs the first month I was on the detox with absolutely no exercise.  Does that mean you will have the same results I did? No, you will not have the same results, matter of fact, it is possible that your results could be better.  But, if you do not take the time out everyday to do what you need to for yourself while on this program then the results could be slim.
Many have started and have lost anywhere from 10-30lbs in a thirty day period.  So these same results are definitely possible for you.

Cry Me a River

This weekend was a very interesting and difficult one.  And how much I try to keep my very personal feelings to myself, I feel this is one of the ways I can get to peace.
It is so easy for those on the outside looking in to make a judgement of a situation or about me.  But, unless you walk in my shoes or feel how I do, then you could never and will never understand.

How hard is it to sit there and listen to someone you once gave your all lie on you or about you.  I can never understand how someone who claims they love you so much can disrespect you, are two faced and speak about you in such a negative manner.

I put it on the line!! You hear what I am saying, I mean I went all out for this dude.  Crazy...people do crazy things when in love.  Is it really Love?  Love is kind, trusting, understanding, honest, compromising....etc..  you get it.  This is NOT the love I received. 
I'm so sick right now,  because it is not just me wanting to have this person, i am over that, but a child involved.

Men, and women who do not have custody of their kids, don't leave your kids high and dry just because your "situation" doesn't fit.  I get up at 5am everyday, take my kids to daycare/summer camp, get off at four and still don't get home until 630pm, and I make time for my babies, baths, dinner and do it all over again every single day.  What is your excuse? 
I cannot accept the excuses, and then when I try to make contact I get no answer.  But But But you are daddy of the year and telling everyone I am keeping your child from you.  Am I wrong?  When is someone going to be in my corner?  How many excuses shall I take?  I just want to live day by day and enjoy every single minute of it peacefully.  But, I am definitely at the brink, on the edge, ready to jump.  I put it out there, I made the offer and still no show, where was my daughter?  With her Nana....AGAIN!  So it is not my fault now, but then again it is.

I apologize again, I usually do not do this or put it out there, but this has really truly frustrated me.  I am so sick of being strong and trying not to cry when all I want to do is let my river flow until I cannot anymore.

Don't mix the 20 for the 80

Relationships often start off with the excitement of having something new in your life.  New partner, new adventures and best of all new sexual partner.
We often fall in lust with the excitement of a new chase.  Then what happens when that subsides?

When the thrill is gone, you begin looking and learning your partner.  You can disagree on subjects as small as what movies each likes, how clean one another is, how you like to spend weekends or even vacations.
To understand and make the relationship work, you have to compromise.  Some are not willing to take that leap.  The differences could lead to the discovery of even MORE dislikes. So....

Here comes the 80/20 rule.  What could seem as minor instances such as:  not wanting to go out, falling asleep, no romance, the thrill and excitement in your sex life is gone, video games and television take priority could lead to looking for the 20 percent of what is missing in the relationship.  Your partner should have 80 percent of what you need and definitely want.  Well, what happens when someone new brings about the 20?  What is this?  It could be new exciting sex, spontaneity, or just anything you feel your partner is missing. Be careful of what blinds you in the new person.  New sex?  New face or piece of ass?  Is it worth leaving what you already have at  home.  Be advised when you are making life long decisions that could affect you for a lifetime.

You may see a new excitement come along, and it arouses you.  The arousal is taken so far that you believe that they have everything that you need in a person, but do they really.  Know the saying the grass isn't greener on the other side?  Take heed, in most situations this is very true.  Once you step out and gather the 20, you spend time, you have all the "aspects" that you need in a a partner, the sex is great and definitely mind blowing.  But what did you leave your 80 for?  What happens when the thrill leaves you and you see the real person? Was it worth leaving your relationship for?


If you ask yourself the question and feel the relationship is worth fighting for, sit down and talk to each other.  See what the other expects and how you can work to get the fire back in the relationship.  A lot of times, sex, conversation and intellect is why the eye may stray.  Lay out your expectations, if it is worth the fight then each party will do what they need to. Do not wait until you get so deep and out of control to regret the decision you made, in which a lot of times is only a lust factor.
